We are Charlotte and Elio, a couple in their thirties who have had enough of midday meals with a sandwich and pizza or sushi dinners. To stop this junk food, we had to start cooking, but we quickly realized that it was not that easy in the long run! Plan meals - make the shopping list - run to the supermarket just before the doors close - start cooking…, and finally, the last chore: cleaning everything !!! In the end, we spent a lot of time there, too much time, to the detriment of our evenings. Good home-cooked meals: yes. The chore of the kitchen: no !!! We found we were not the only ones in this situation. Many of us agreed to eat well at home or in the office without spending too much time in the kitchen. Based on this observation, Cook for me was born!
